IQAN-MC2 MASTER CONTROLLER
IQAN-MC2 is a rugged customised CAN controller with a focus on high-end output control with closed loop current control for hydraulic valves. The MC2 also has inputs capable of measuring analogue, digital, and frequency signals. It is a fully programmable mobile controller for use in any machine application as a stand-alone controller, a single bus master with expansion units, or together with other IQAN master controllers. IQAN-MC2 has 2 CAN buses to communicate with IQAN master control modules or other CAN devices (supports SAE J1939, CANopen and other protocols). Equipped with an aluminium housing and an environmentally sealed, 42-pin connector, this controller is designed for the outdoor environment. Parker IQAN® master controllers enables optimised system architectures speeding development which improves OEM revenues.
The IQAN-MC2 controller performs data logging and has full diagnostic and CAN gateway capability. Machine applications for the MC2 are simple to create with the easy-to-use IQAN programming tools. This makes the IQAN-MC2 master controller a perfect fit for any mobile machine application. IQAN-MD4 DISPLAY
IQAN-MD4 is a family of master display units with touchscreen capability and video inputs. These fully customizable display controllers reduce engineering expenses and costs with its easy to use IQAN software system and are ideal for use in any machine application as a master controller. The IQAN-MD4 master displays have a rugged mechanical design with no moving parts and are completely sealed. The use of optical bonded display glass improves the readability, avoids light refraction and also eliminates possible condensation, since there is no air between the glass and LCD.
The IQAN-MD4 displays have full graphical, diagnostic and CAN gateway capability and are used together with the easy-to-use IQAN programing tools. The aluminum housed displays come in 3 sizes: 5″”, 7″” & 10.1″”. IQAN-XS2 MASTER CONTROLLER
IQAN-XS2 module is one of a collection of expansion controllers that can be added to an IQAN system. The rugged XS2 focuses on digital (on-off) output control for hydraulic valves. The XS2 also has inputs capable of measuring analog and digital signals. The I/O may be flexibly configured to meet any system need. Its function is defined in the IQAN master unit’s program with the easy-to-use IQAN programming tools.
IQAN-XS2 communicates with IQAN master displays or controllers over a CAN bus. Equipped with an aluminum housing and an environmentally sealed, 42-pin connector, this controller is designed for the outdoor environment. This makes the IQAN-XS2 expansion controller a perfect addition to expand the I/O for any mobile machine application. Monitors up to 20 inputs – analog or digital – 12 dedicated on-off outputs that are high-side power outputs -Slave unit requires no programming – Sealed for outdoor use – CAN communication.
